He is an adjunct professor across multiple institutions, including two theological seminaries, an online university, and a Bible college. He also serves in different administrative capacities, either on a part-time or on a contract basis, in five Nonprofit faith-based organizations. His teaching style is both engaging and impactful, equipping students with practical tools for ministry and academic rigor. 

Beyond the classroom, Dr. Michael is a prolific author and an active researcher, contributing significantly to the fields of Biblical Studies and Languages, African Christian Theology, African Traditional Religion, Revival Studies, Leadership and Administration, Christian Ethics, and Youth Development. His works not only advance scholarly discourse but also provide practical insights for the global church.

A passionate advocate for holistic discipleship, Dr. Michael regularly organizes seminars, workshops, and conferences designed to inspire spiritual growth, cultivate Christ-centered leadership, and empower young believers. His unwavering commitment to raising a generation of transformational leaders makes him a vital asset to both the academic community and the broader Christian ministry landscape. He is instrumental in starting The Generation after God’s Heart Foundation, a youth movement in Nigeria, passionate about raising a well-cultured, ethical, and godly generation across Africa. He is currently serving as the Registrar of Holy Cross Bible Academy.
